番茄:含有lycopene素,維他命C,預防攝護腺癌。
菠菜:含有鐵質、維他命B,預防血管疾病、盲眼症。
花生、杏仁等堅果:預防心臟病,但要適量,多吃反而有害。
花椰菜:簡單烹調,預防乳癌、胃癌、直腸癌。
燕麥:富纖維,可減肥、降血壓、膽固醇。
鮭魚:富OMEGA-3S成份,防止腦部老化、罹患老人癡呆症。
藍苺:富抗氧化劑預防老化、心臟病及癌症。
大蒜:清血、降低膽固醇、防治心臟病。
綠茶:降低罹患胃癌、肝癌、食道癌、心臟病的機率。
紅酒:有助抗氧化,適量飲用有助預防心臟病。
